Thompsons Solicitors is a trading name of Thompsons (Northern Ireland) Limited, a company registered in Northern Ireland (company number NI 612574), and having its registered office at 39 Frances Street, Newtownards, County Down BT23 7DW.

The Directors of Thompsons (Northern Ireland) Limited are Mark Jackson and Simon Willis.  Whilst Thompsons (Northern Ireland) Limited has limited liability, Mark Jackson and Simon Willis may continue to be referred to as “partners”. However any reference to them as partners does not imply the business is a partnership and is simply a means of designation.

Thompsons (Northern Ireland) Limited trading as Thompsons Solicitors is regulated by the Law Society of Northern Ireland and is an incorporated practice pursuant to the Solicitors’ (Incorporated Practice) Regulations 2007.  A Certificate of Recognition has been issued by the Law Society of Northern Ireland pursuant to those Regulations.
